The facilities were okay. The air conditioning couldn't be regulated, and checking in with a foreign card was unusual and required a lot of patience.

“Don't hesitate!”

I loved the food and drinks—rated 1000/10—while the staff earned a perfect 100/10 and the welcome/check‑in process was flawless at 10/10. The maid service got an 8/10 because I had to ask for restocking on a few items, but overall cleanliness was 9/10. The day pass to Ecoland was a 10/10, and the mall is just a 3‑minute walk away. I’ll definitely recommend this place to everyone. Shout‑out to the staff: Annalisa (hope I spelled that right), Oscar, Francisco, and Marco—the best bartender ever! They were attentive, friendly, and made us want to stay longer. The only downside was the pool, which was under construction and unusable, and water from the bathroom shower leaked under the enclosure.

“Extremely disappointing”

I didn’t stay because the hotel was under construction upon arrival, with no pool or bar and a lot of noise.

“Totally enjoyed my stay and I'm already planning my next trip!”

Breakfast was delicious and varied, offering more traditional Venezuelan options as well as the usual bread and fruit choices. The mall is only a 2‑minute walk away, and staying at Sunsol Unik gives you free access to Gold’s Gym, which is part of the mall, so you can work out while on vacation.
