The spot was great, but the staff were not as friendly or helpful as I’d hoped.

The location was superb, the staff were welcoming and everything was handled without trouble, making it a perfect spot for a ski holiday with teenagers.

Opening the door of the Sky room and stepping onto the slopes is every skier’s dream; the hotel’s location is unbeatable, the staff were kind and helpful, and thanks to them we spent two perfect days.
