The location is very good, with excellent nearby infrastructure and relatively quiet. The interior design is very tasteful and the rooms are spacious across two levels.

Giulio, the owner, was extremely warm and welcoming. He pointed out places on the map and gave restaurant recommendations. If we had any questions we could have called him anytime. The room itself was in an excellent spot—an easy walk to the station and the historic centre. It was spacious, very well equipped, and extremely comfortable.

Great spot, spotless, air‑co’d, beds comfy. Charming and practical, hosts were friendly and helped with our late check‑in. The place sits right on a lively street packed with bars and restaurants, yet inside it’s completely quiet. The AC is a lifesaver when it’s humid outside. The host gave us great food recommendations that we tried and loved. I’ll definitely recommend it to friends and would return if I visit Bologna again.
