Tammy at the front desk was incredibly kind and helpful, upgrading us to a wonderful suite for the whole stay. She was always ready to answer any questions we had, and Omar the concierge also assisted us with everything, suggesting beautiful spots to visit and great restaurants; he was very kind and a pleasure to chat with. The team was wonderful and the atmosphere lovely, with every staff member friendly and welcoming. Our housekeeper was very helpful, and the breakfast staff in the lobby were absolutely lovely.
