We received a warm, smiling welcome. The rooms were spacious, well‑air‑conditioned, and clean. We felt very comfortable. The location is near the station, the metro, and the center of Naples. Thank you very much. Everything was perfect.

Marco was incredibly friendly, approachable, and helpful, offering many tips without being pushy. The hotel is very central and close to the city’s tourist heart.

The new, clean structure is in a quiet, convenient location. In the room, a fridge, teas/coffee, and perfect air conditioning are available. Everything is good.

An amazing place to stay in Napoli that matches the photos: simple, relaxing, and clean, making our stay very cozy. The location is perfect for staying close to the historic center, the metro, the port, and the station. Marco, the owner, and the staff are the kindest ever. Everything is good, but perhaps a breakfast option is lacking; daily breakfast boxes could be offered since there is no restaurant.

The place was very clean and located in a safe building. The hot water was an issue: it took a long time to get hot water in the evening, and in the morning it was fine at first but then became cold while I was showering. The toilet cover/lid was a little bit broken.
