The staff was the only decent part of our stay - they helped us sort out a recording issue with the app, despite barely speaking any English. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. The room was a nightmare, with a massive infestation of insects and spiders, and a thick layer of dust everywhere. The bathroom and toilet were a disaster, with no soap or cleaning products for weeks, and the shower was basically unusable due to the state of it.

I was really impressed with the staff's quick response to my complaints, but my initial experience was a bit of a shock. When I first walked into my room, I was taken aback to see the floor was still dirty, and things only got worse when I opened the bathroom door - there were cobwebs all over the ceiling and three big spiders. I'd booked the room well in advance and arrived around 3 pm, so I was expecting a bit more.

This place is a hidden gem in a lovely area, but don't expect everything to be perfect. The location is great and the prices are super reasonable, but there are some issues that need to be addressed.
