I liked the location, the price, the value, the breakfast, the cleanliness, and the street parking—perfect for a one‑night stay, and the staff were friendly. The room was small and I wanted a king bed, so if you have mobility issues this place isn’t ideal.

It was a 5‑minute drive to the stairway entrance of the beach and a 10‑minute walk to the other side; literally right on Ocean Ave, just steps away from restaurants, shops, and more. Street parking is limited and the streets are steep. Our room window faced the little pool. The walls are thin, but earplugs made it fine. It’s a bit pricey, but understandable given the area and convenience.

No shared bathrooms at all, so I left the place. The check‑in was very good when I booked. Few people were willing to fix things.

The place was clean, located well relative to shopping and restaurants, the staff helped with any question and even congratulated us on our wedding day. The property is somewhat dated, there was no TV in the bedroom, and breakfast was minimal. For the price, it’s very high.
