“Terrible”

The property was dirty, my door had to be broken into to get in after we checked in, and we were moved to a room that only the front desk could access; the elevator was broken and all the ice machines were broken. We checked out the next day, were told our night would be comped and that we could cancel the rest of the trip without penalty, but that was not true; booking could not reach a manager (they say). I will never use a Comfort Inn again.

“Prime location but disappointing”

The location and hotel amenities were good, but there was major construction in the outdoor area and a major power outage that forced me to relocate to Nora Library for work and client calls; all public areas were dirty, and the shower was weak and not hot.

No elevator was working and the place was not clean.

The hotel was very messy, trash was overflowing in many areas, the pool was very unclean and dirty, chairs were dirty, and there were no towels. I will definitely choose a different hotel next time in the area. The front desk was not very helpful, the room key wouldn’t work, and no replacement key was offered the first time we had an issue.

“It was fine for two night but it was not worth the money.”

It was basic at best; the big thing was the waffles, but the dispenser that the mix came out of was not working well, and there was not a wide variety of things for breakfast. The elevator was broken, it wasn’t very clean, finding parking was an issue, and the rooms smelled funny.
