The location was good, the room was a decent size with a big bed, the smart TV let me watch my apps. The noise was bad; I couldn’t sleep because it was loud all night, it got quite loud at 4 am for 2 hrs. Double‑glazed windows should be a necessity. The shower head was either dirty or broken, water sprayed everywhere and I couldn’t wash my hair properly. There were insects on the desk, many small bugs, not very appealing. There was no phone to call room service, the menu was very small, the internet was shockingly slow even with the app. The staff were nice but some didn’t speak English. They wouldn’t give a taxi when I asked and didn’t offer airport pick‑up. There is a lot that could be improved.

“Ok to stay but l’ll give it a miss next time”

The room was clean and spacious. It was noisy at night, especially on weekends. There was no fridge and the toilet sliding door kept getting stuck. Getting a taxi was hard because there was no proper lobby.

The location was great, right next to everything, yet the room lacked a fridge and a telephone, and the TV was hard to turn on.

Nothing was good – it’s a terrible, brand‑new hotel that needs a complete renovation and the air‑conditioning only works in the lobby; the room’s AC never functioned, the front desk didn’t answer the phone, and when we complained in person they offered no apology and tried to move us from a luxury room with one bed to a cheaper double‑bed room on the third floor at 01:30 in the night without any assistance, then after a meagre breakfast we complained again and received no discount, just a suggestion to complain to the booking site.
