The property was dirty and I found cockroaches inside; I reported it to staff, but nothing was done. The sink was blocked and I reported that too, yet the issue remained unresolved. We checked out early before the booking ended, feeling very disappointed. Our Sydney tour was ruined because of this booking; we came from Melbourne and the experience was terrible.

“Amazing stay”

Amrita and Dinesh helped us through the whole check‑in, guided us around, and Raz from maintenance was friendly and kept everything spotless. The rooms were large, tidy, and the beds were neat; the shower and toilet were both pleasant, and the overall vibe felt warm, inviting, and private. The only issue was a slightly faulty shower drain.

“Checking in was not as smooth”

The spot is convenient. The property is tidy but has a strong odor from old furniture and the house.
