The hotel’s location, staff, and room service were good, yet handling luggage on the first two floors was difficult.

The room was spacious enough for a family, but the lift was non‑operational, staff didn’t help with luggage delivery to the room, there was no toiletries kit, the blankets smelled and weren’t properly cleaned, and there was no car parking.
