The location is peaceful, but on the first night the room wasn’t cleaned.

The flat is excellently located, has a kitchen with utensils, and includes parking, but the cleaning wasn’t perfect – there was mold in the bathroom sink, though it worked for a one‑night stay.

The private apartment inside the hotel is very functional, the bathroom is great with good space, an excellent shower, and bright light; the kitchen has many items and good options; the apartment is airy with a balcony, the air‑conditioning is excellent and silent, the location is superb, and free parking is a plus, but the bed feels worn from use.

A lovely quiet apartment fully equipped; a great base for a few days in São Paulo, and the contact with the host was also excellent, with nothing to note.
