The room was very spacious, quiet, and the location was great, just a stone’s throw from Hazrat Sultan Mosque. However, locating the lobby/entrance was difficult—no signage at the front door or lift lobby, and we only received the exact entrance details via WhatsApp after checking in. It would help to provide the precise location after booking or before arrival. For those booking, the exact spot is Block G‑3 (next to “The Chef cafe”), with the lobby on the D6 floor.

The hotel is in an excellent spot, but we were first given a room where the fridge didn’t work and wires were protruding; the room was swapped. It felt uncozy, cold, and the Euro‑style renovation was sloppy.

The hotel’s location is good, but they don’t inform guests that the airport is accessible by the new metro; instead they offer a transfer. From the Museum metro station to the hotel is just one bus stop, which isn’t a major issue.

The apartment felt like an Airbnb with a reception, and I loved it. The only downside was that the electric bidet in the WC wasn’t working.
