The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was spacious with plenty of furniture so I could unpack comfortably.

The hotel is in a great spot, close to the bus stop and shops, in a quiet area, the reception ladies were very nice and helpful, and the on‑site restaurant is excellent and worth recommending. However, the rooms in the older, unrenovated wing are in need of a refresh, with an unpleasant odor coming from the restaurant, insufficient ventilation, and the whole building smells bad; the old wing should be renovated as soon as possible.

The location is good; despite initial impressions it's fairly close to the city centre. The room is large with a hallway and a renovated bathroom, everything is spotless and well cleaned. In the room you have a TV, fridge, kettle, mugs, towels. The price is attractive compared to other accommodation in Malbork. The corridor on the floor with the rooms looks a bit grimy like old barracks and needs a touch of freshening, but the rooms themselves are clean, modern, and flawless.
