They didn’t serve breakfast, but the extended‑stay suite had a full‑sized kitchen with a big fridge and auto ice maker, plus a washer and dryer in the bathroom; the room was huge and we didn’t need anything else. However, the room was set up for a handicap person, so the shower spray was weak and narrow.

The room was roomy, modern, up‑to‑date, and clean, but the location was noisy because a nearby steel plant starts work early, waking us before sunrise and never stopping.

I never found breakfast, but there was a snack area where I could buy snacks and the staff were friendly. The location was easy to find and central to my needs. The cleanliness was a big issue: my first room smelled like rotten food, the toilet wasn’t cleaned and had feces on the seat and in the bowl. The replacement room had gum in the dryer and someone’s hair in the shower. The courtyard was a dog park and the building felt more like an apartment complex than a hotel. The experience showed me how different “extended stay” is from a hotel, and I felt misled by the descriptions, past reviews, and photos—there was only one legitimate photo from a room like mine, and in the context of all the other pictures I had no idea that was the full room. The setting was entirely industrial.
