The room had a terrible odor, the pool was in a very shard, and the bed was bad; a new mattress is needed.

The location works. The pool was closed, breakfast was subpar, the rooms were dirty, and there were no linens.

Breakfast was just okay. They ran out of milk at 7:00 AM, even though breakfast started at 6:30 AM; there was no bacon or sausage, no cups to measure waffle mix, the elevator was broken, and the stairwells had trash in them.

The staff were very nice. I didn’t like that when I called about the people above me letting their kids run and stomp all night, nothing was done about it, and my room smelled like mold while the air conditioner barely worked.
