Free Wi‑Fi was the only perk, and the place was terribly unhygienic: bathrooms weren’t cleaned, bedsheets weren’t changed, there were water and power outages, staff were unprofessional, corridors were dusty, pillow covers were old and soiled, even the footmats were dirty. The spa was nonexistent.
