The establishment is located right across from the sea with a very beautiful view, and the pictures match reality. The manager is responsive, giving us a contact for a day on a houseboat, and everything went very well. The place is pretty well located and accessible. I had my clothes washed, but they came back stained; disappointed with their laundry service. That's the only negative point of our stay.

I really loved the location, especially the room with the balcony that looks straight onto the beach. The rooftop dining area is wonderful, especially in the evening when you can just sit back, relax and soak up the view. It was lovely to enjoy an authentic Kerala breakfast there in the morning, served with freshly made food and juice. Plenty of parking just off the road; you just need to ask the owner to show you where it is. The roads are quite narrow in the surrounding areas, which could be very troublesome if you're coming for the very first time. Also, there are a lot of railway tracks, so if there are any incoming trains, you'll probably have to wait.

The view from the balcony is amazing and the property's location is a 10/10, right in front of the beach giving easy access to the beach and nearby cafes. The atmosphere feels very safe and you can find literally everything nearby, from cafés, rental 2/4 wheelers, souvenir shops, etc. The host and caretaker were very welcoming; especially Mr. omanakuttan (caretaker) was helpful and cooperative throughout our stay. We stayed for 3 nights and felt at home with in‑house breakfast options and scenic morning beach views at the covered terrace with an island kitchen, worth every penny. Beach chairs are free from the property.

Great location and a great host. We enjoyed our stay at Neela Waters since it is right at the beach and the morning breakfast with a view was lovely. The electricity was a nuisance every once in a while, but the host assured us it would be taken care of on priority.
