The reception was very friendly, and the hotel is well‑located near a tram stop. However, the value for money is off, the hotel and its furnishings feel really outdated, the bathroom is tiny, the breakfast buffet is limited—especially for vegetarians—and the rooms are noisy.

The room was suitably sized with plenty of storage for clothes, the bathroom was functional, and the cleanliness stood out; we felt very comfortable. The staff’s friendliness was especially notable, and both breakfast and dinner at the "BrennBar" left no room for complaints—very, very pleasant. The location near public transport is a plus, with a bus stop right outside the hotel and a tram stop 300 m away. Nothing negative.

The staff were very friendly, the breakfast buffet was generous, and there was a parking lot. The place could use some renovation.

Because of traffic, the windows were kept closed. The air conditioning was good.
