“Nothing comes close in the area”

Hospitality is perfect on the edge of a National Park, everything from A to Z is flawless, staff friendliness and professionalism with smiles, the location at the park’s edge, the view, the facilities, the rooms/cabins have wonderful interior design, I had a great time here and couldn’t be happier to end my trip to Uganda at such a hotel, 100 % highly recommended; the food is subpar and the internet is extremely slow, but nothing could ruin my experience at this perfect hotel.

“I'd give it an 11 out of 10 if I could.”

I’ve stayed at Queen Elizabeth on safari many times, but BSL is by far the best place I’ve ever been. The lodge is amazing and the staff are awesome—if you want real African hospitality, go there.

“A very pleasant stay and could not recommend enough”

The hotel's location was fantastic, offering the perfect balance between proximity to the park and flexibility to explore other areas. The setup and ambience were equally impressive, with a welcoming and friendly staff that made me feel at home. Special mention goes to Godard and Elizabeth, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was memorable. The food was also top-notch, with a clear focus on quality and presentation.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly accommodating and friendly, making me feel like I was part of the family. They were attentive to my every need, and I even made some new friends among the staff, who shared their knowledge of the local flora, fauna, and culture. The food was great, and they were sensitive to my dietary needs, which was a big plus. And to top it all off, the visiting elephants were an epic experience that I'll never forget. I'll definitely be back ASAP.

“Highlight of my trip in Uganda and Rwanda 🥰”

This hotel was truly exceptional, with a staff that was attentive, fun, and genuinely caring. The location was also incredible, with an elephant visiting my lodge every morning - it was truly surreal. Everything about my stay was perfect, from the staff to the location to the overall experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a truly special experience in Uganda.
