The location to Kassel is good. There are no windows in this room that could be opened, except for two glass blocks and the entrance door that leads directly outside. I had to do that for a long time because it smelled terribly musty. And no, it wasn’t fresh country air, because I love that. I come from the countryside. It was also cold inside. But of course no sun came in. I was glad to have my blankets, otherwise I would have frozen all night. The blanket was super thin.

We knew it was a basic place for the price. The cleanliness was poor: the carpet in the bedroom was dirty, crumbs lay on the kitchen floor, and the whole unit smelled like machine oil.

A single-room flat, quiet, close to the motorway! It was hard to reach the owner and get into the place, the location was a bit sketchy near a workshop, and it wasn’t suitable for light‑sensitive guests.
