“Small room, no hot water”
Checked in late and staff were super helpful, got me all sorted. The room was small but spotless, and it's centrally located, so that's a big plus. However, there was no hot water for a bath, which was a bit of a letdown - I had to take a cold shower instead. Not the end of the world, but still a bit inconvenient.
