“Excelente!”

The staff’s friendliness is one of my favorite things, and the location is excellent—no need for a vehicle to visit La Calzada or other attractions because everything is super close. 100 % recommended. Everything is fine.

“Awful”

I hated every moment at this place. The vibe was off, there were so many weird rules, and staff were on their phones and unwilling to help with basic requests. The room was horrible—do not get a balcony, it was covered in pigeon poop and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. I was genuinely shocked how gross this place was. The area, while central, is very dodgy and people would yell at us from the street when we went on the balcony. The pool needed maintenance. Someone even hounded me for a good review over WhatsApp… just ew.

Norwing’s warm and special attention guided us and supported us with everything we needed. What I didn’t like was that from the balcony the cathedral wasn’t very visible, but that’s because the trees are lush at this time of year.

“Amable y acogedora”

Our experience at Socialtel Granada was amazing from start to finish. The hotel has a very pleasant atmosphere, the facilities are excellent, and the whole team made us feel very comfortable during our stay. I especially want to highlight Norwig’s exceptional friendliness and willingness; from our arrival he ensured everything was fine and helped us a lot with booking the Isletas de Granada tour. His recommendations and excellent service made our experience even more special. Without a doubt, one of the best parts of our visit was feeling so well attended. Thank you to the entire Socialtel Granada team, especially Norwig! We definitely hope to return.
