The facilities were clean and well‑maintained, and the rooms were comfortable.
The staff were very attentive, the location was central in Cahuita, and it was quiet. The garden and pool were nice, and there was private parking. The basic PD stayed the same and only offered juice in plastic bottles. Dogs (probably the owner’s) were intrusive and noisy. The “boutique hotel” label doesn’t fit.

Breakfast and location were excellent. The staff, especially don Iván, the owner, were outstanding. Thanks to everyone.

This hotel has 10-12 rooms with a central courtyard. We had 2 rooms next to each other for our 3-generation family of 5. Rooms were clean with 2 queen size beds with orthopedic matresses. Hotel was located in downtown Cauhita, and very quiet at night. Breakfasts included fresh fruit, eggs or pancakes. Nothing
