Excellent location, just a few steps from Rialto and Piazza San Marco. The reception staff were serious and qualified. The breakfast was especially plentiful and good quality. The room was comfortable and clean. Everyone was very attentive. Great management. The available space was a bit limited, but we’re still in Venice (which is fantastic!!).

Location, location, location—close to ferries and in the heart of the old town. Great breakfast with savory and sweet options. The room was well maintained with typical Venetian décor that I liked. Very, very good 3‑star hotel. The bed was very firm, which I eventually got used to. I wish Italian hotels offered mattress toppers.

Good location and friendly staff. The room was small. The toilet needed repairs and had few organizational fixtures. They could use the dead space for storage. The lunch was small but sufficient, with little variety.
