Quality Inn Harvey - New Orleans

“Ok for the price for two nights”

The location was convenient, but the floors were dirty and the bathroom faucet needed replacement.

“I’ll never stay there again.”

There was nothing good to say, everything was a problem: the room smelled like fresh paint for about two hours, the hotel charged $13 for parking without notifying me, and charging for something that isn’t even a luxury is insane.

“I couldn’t leave fast enough. I stayed for about 5 hours and left.”

The hotel offered a laundry for guests, yet there were cigarette burns and stains on the comforter, a cracked and corroded bathroom sink fixture, a refrigerator handle with crumbs from previous guests, a dead roach next to the bed, and the location felt unsafe.

“Great for the price”

The property is large, the pool is nice, and the rooms are clean; for the price it was still very pleasant, so I'd give it 5 stars for value, cleanliness, and friendliness.

Habitación cómoda, buen aire acondicionado, espacioso y buena cama. Mala atención de recepción, poca información al huésped
