“Condiciones del alojamiento”

The rooms were spacious and very comfortable, and the restaurant served tasty food in a lovely setting, though service moved a bit slowly. We had booked a double room, another double for two adults plus a child, and the booking site said the child’s fee was included, yet they charged us on arrival; after I explained, they finally gave us a double with a sofa bed. Also, they never mentioned the pool would be closed for a week’s maintenance, leaving us with five kids in 38 °C heat looking for a place with a usable pool.

This is the best hotel in Arauca; the breakfast could be better, but overall the facilities and everything else are excellent.

“En general buena buen servicio del personal de recepcion”

The restaurant needs a way to keep the noise down while they’re setting tables—on two nights we could hear tables being moved from the fourth floor between 10 pm and 11:30 pm.
