Everything was spotless, and the staff were all friendly and helpful whenever we needed something. Breakfast was solid—hot, diverse, and tasty. The only hiccup was the back entry door near our room that wouldn’t respond to the card; we were told it might just be a battery problem.

Breakfast was solid, the location was great, and the staff were all very friendly. The downside? One of the two elevators was out of service.

The woman at the breakfast buffet was sweet and worked hard. Unfortunately, a live roach crawled into my room; I snapped a photo and showed it to the young front‑desk staff, who just said thanks and took a picture of my phone. The bathroom looked dirty and definitely needed an upgrade.

The breakfast and the front‑desk team were both excellent. The only issue was the constant loud noise—probably from above our room—that kept us up all night.
