The place was clean, but the TV never worked—no channels came in, and once they did, they stayed on the same one. The connection was broken, so I couldn’t watch TV at all. The staff, however, were wonderful.

It was close to my job, which was a plus. On the downside, the property wasn’t clean, the bathroom door wouldn’t lock, the microwave was broken, and it was hard to get anyone at the front desk to help.

The location was good. Unfortunately, the room was run down, the hotel clearly needed an upgrade, and it smelled awful inside the room.

The room was superb. At check‑in, the staff told me I would receive a $50.00 discount because there were no towels or toilet paper and I had to provide my own, yet the paperwork never reflected that deduction. The trash was overflowing outside the dumpster, which I had to empty myself.

The front desk person, location, and price were positives. The bedroom was super outdated and I was afraid to use the countertop stove. The bathroom was somewhat clean, but the tub looked dirty—black and uncleanable. People smoked around, the grounds were untidy, and the trash area had mattresses and garbage spilling out of the bin.
