Breakfast was excellent, offering a great variety of food. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly, assisting me with everything I needed. I strongly recommend this hotel when visiting Chengdu. Nothing negative.

The room was clean, the location was good, and the room itself was fine. The pool area needs a lot of improvement – the hours were very limited, only a few hours in the afternoon, and there were hardly any hammocks. It also felt like you had to ask the staff for a favor just to open the pool door.

The setting was acceptable, but there was a strong cigarette smell in the rooms.

The hotel exceeded expectations in terms of its facilities, staff, and location, offering a spotless and charming environment.

Our stay was marked by friendly interactions with the hotel staff, but the dated rooms, particularly the bathrooms, left a less-than-ideal impression.
