The cabin concept, facilities, and the staff’s disposition and attitude were good. However, there was no light in the bathroom and they couldn’t fix it. There was music—lots of noise—throughout the night until the early morning, with no noise limit or apology to guests.

The manager, Mr. Isisdro, was very attentive and reliable. The dining area lacked cleanliness.

It’s very close to Cosalá but feels more private. Nights are quiet, the porch is cozy, and Wi‑Fi worked well, so I had no trouble joining work meetings; I’ll consider staying again on a weekday. The water pressure was low but adequate. The staff weren’t very attentive, and I never knew where to find them when I had a question, so I just wandered until someone appeared.

The overall design of the place is pretty nice! The bathroom in the room could use some maintenance, and the staff are only attentive when you actually find them :(

We were bitten by bedbugs, both my daughter and I, and after returning we had to see a doctor because we had several bites.
