“Great location and excellent for a short stay”
The place was great, especially the location. The smallest lift I’ve ever seen.

The location was fine. The room was very small and compact. The body wash had run out and there was no shampoo. When we mentioned the blocked bathroom sink, the reception staff said there was nothing they could do about it.

The room was a reasonable size. Breakfast was good. The lift stops midway on a floor, making it interesting to maneuver luggage from the lift onto the narrow stairs.

There’s no better spot – it’s literally in front of Gare Du Nord. The beds were good, and though it’s a hotel in a big city so rooms aren’t huge, it was fine. Breakfast cost €12 per person but was good, with quality options and good coffee. The receptionists were pretty friendly. You can leave your bags there, which is a huge plus for continuing to explore the city. The only downside: our room had a bathtub but no shower, so it was a bit tricky to shower without making a mess.

The room was dirty and the third bed was downright awful. It was hard to call it a bed; you could just as well have slept on the floor, or perhaps even better. The breakfast was also far too expensive for what you get. The value for money was a huge let‑down.
