The place was spotless and brand‑new, hosts were super friendly and even drove us to a money‑exchange because we had no cash. Breakfast was tasty and we left very happy. The only hiccup was that you can’t pay by card terminal – just cash or a transfer to an Armenian or MIR card. Parking is available on a closed lot. Overall, worth a stay.

This spot is exactly what the listing promised – a private area, a fully equipped kitchen with tea and coffee, parking, and a little gazebo under the vines for relaxing. The hosts are fantastic. Perfect for a chill getaway.

The new guest house is top‑notch – brand‑new rooms, fresh sheets, spotless. The kitchen has all the gear, the yard is a huge apple orchard with a gazebo and swings that blew us away. Free parking and speedy Wi‑Fi. We were due to leave at noon but the host let us stay until 4 p.m. with no extra charge. The host is a warm, smiling lady. Great for weddings or big events. We’ll be back next year.

Everything was excellent – brand‑new rooms, spotless, super fast Wi‑Fi, big kitchen, staff were very friendly and even invited us to a celebration. Communication was smooth. Definitely the top choice for the area.
