Quick to get whatever you need, but the pool clearly needed some TLC.

“nasty and really dirty, unsafe.”

The location was fine, but the hallways were awful and disgusting, unsafe and falling apart—this used to be the best hotel in Boise 40 years ago.

“Don't do it!”

The staff were very nice, but the whole hotel smelled of musty cigarettes, the shower had hairs in the drain and on the walls, the jetted bathtub we rented didn’t work, the water before we found out it was brownish orange looked like pee water, and the furniture was extremely outdated and stained.

The staff were friendly, but the TV didn’t work, there was no A/C or fan, the window wouldn’t open, and the microwave wasn’t plugged in and the cord didn’t reach.

“We would not choose to stay here again. The only good thing was the view.”

We really enjoyed the view, yet the room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned, with cobwebs inside the windows and dust everywhere.
