The place offered calm and a nice view, but there was no pool.

The resort sits two kilometres from the beach on a hill, is very quiet with a wide sea view, features an outdoor whirlpool and sauna, and provides two free loungers and a parasol per room at its private beach; breakfast is local and plentiful, with a focus on freshness and variety, making us feel very comfortable. Unfortunately there was still no swimming pool in August because construction wasn’t finished, but one will likely open soon.

The view is fabulous, the hot‑water bath and beach loungers add extra value, and the breakfasts are excellent and plentiful.

Everything was fantastic—clean, fragrant, the manager very capable, daily housekeeping a dream, and the location near Marina di Ragusa, Scoglitti, and Donnalucata was simply perfect.
