We were very satisfied with our room and the facilities; everything we needed was there. The location is beautiful and the room was clean. A couple of days later I had to call the staff about a lost item and they were really helpful.

The kitchen was dirty, the dishes were dirty, and communication was poor.

The room, though dated, is spacious and comfortable for four people; the shared kitchen is large and well organized. The price is excellent compared to average Icelandic rates. The bathroom needs renovation because it’s very old: the shower still has a curtain, and the faucet was so loose that we had to wash ourselves with the hose.
