The place is clean and looks amazing. What I didn't like is that on arrival our rooms were not ready even though we had called beforehand to say we would be checking in late; when we arrived we found out our rooms had already been given to other guests, but the staff arranged something for us even though it took time. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

The facilities are fine, but the price‑quality ratio is a bit expensive. I had an incident, and the hotel manager did not take care of me as I had hoped.
