What I appreciated most was the attention I received for a special request with very little time, to give my husband a small surprise at the hotel restaurant. Both the reception girls and the waitresses made that day delightful, arranging a cake, table decorations, and even singing “Happy Birthday” to him! Gorgeous and with that dreamy view in the middle of the Tuscan countryside! We are very grateful to the entire Casorale team!🥰💪🏼🎉💕 A 10 👏🏼👏🏼Thank you!!!!! Nothing else.

“Bastante decepcionante…”

The staff were very friendly, and the surroundings, garden, etc., were very pretty. We were given a room whose window faced the restaurant’s dining area, so we couldn’t even pull the curtains because we were visible from outside. It was also cold. We traveled with our baby and had to cover her with towels because it was quite chilly in the room, and the crib they provided had only one sheet. The restaurant only offers a terrace option, which was already quite cool at this time of year, and we dined a couple of times, with the food being fairly ordinary.

“Heel mooi ruim opgezet hotel met goede keuken.”

You had the option in the evening to dine in the restaurant or in the brasserie, and the brasserie was open all day. The brasserie staff were very friendly.
