The location is excellent and the apartment is spacious. Finding the building entrance is difficult, and there’s nowhere to park near the entrance. All the taxis we booked for the apartment struggled to get in, some failed and canceled. The street noise is very strong, so opening windows is impractical. It was fine in September, but without air conditioning, staying in July or August is hard, and the lack of ventilation is noticeable with occasional odors. We needed a washing machine, but it didn’t work. The next day we informed the owner, repeated the issue in the following days, but nothing was fixed during our 3‑night stay.
