The cabin was quirky but not a sleep haven; no windows and constant forest sounds, dogs, and a rooster at 3 am. We only stayed one night, so we’re wiped out. The noise was just too much.

“sehr hübsches Haus, einfach aber schön”

The house was huge and pretty, a waterfall just a walk away, and the host was super friendly. Parking was right outside, and there were dogs and birds everywhere, even toucans. The temperature stayed cool without AC. The downside? A truck rattles the jungle road for about seven minutes straight, and insects still find their way in; the kitchen could use newer pots.

“Wunderbarer Aufenthalt abseits vom Trubel mit Naturerlebnis und liebevoller Familie”

Everything was great! The house is rustic but spacious and spotless, with mosquito nets over the beds and screens instead of windows so you can hear the nature. We loved sitting on the balconies early in the morning watching the birds, a hummingbird even visits the shrub by the door. Wendy’s dog Ozzo kept watch and even took us on a waterfall walk, the kids loved him. Wendy and her family were super friendly, check‑in was a breeze, Wi‑Fi was fine, and Wendy’s mom cooked a lovely local meal.

The house and spot were fantastic, and the people were the highlight. Wendy was an awesome guide and host, always going the extra mile. Rita Maria’s meals, delivered to our cabin, added a special touch and we felt like family the whole time.

A private spot right in nature, easy to reach, stunning and spotless. The host was great and there were amazing waterfalls nearby. We loved everything about it.
