Sans Stay Bukit Palma Citraland

My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. While the breakfast was great, the staff would wake me up every morning at 7 am to hand-deliver it, which was quite inconvenient. The hotel itself was a bit dirty and noisy, but I suppose that's to be expected given the price. Overall, it was an average experience, and I wouldn't go out of my way to recommend it.

“Worst hotel ever”

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The moment I stepped into my room, I was hit with a strong, unpleasant odor that lingered throughout my stay. The toilet was dirty, and the bed had the same smelly issue. To make matters worse, the room was infested with mosquitoes, making it impossible for me to get a good night's sleep. The lack of communication from the hotel staff was also appalling, as I couldn't get anyone to pick up my calls, and I'm still waiting for a refund.

I booked this hotel solely because it was one of the few options near the US consulate, and it was close to an Indomarket, which was convenient. However, my stay was marred by a series of issues. The linen was dirty and had hairs on it, and the air conditioning didn't work properly. I was also unable to pay by card, despite the hotel's claims that they accepted cards. To make matters worse, there was no toilet paper in the room or even at the reception.

“tolang ditutup jendela kacanya”

I was initially impressed with this hotel, as it was quite unique and comfortable. However, upon closer inspection, I noticed that the room had a glass window, which I felt was unnecessary and even a bit of a safety hazard. Despite this, I was still looking forward to a pleasant stay, but unfortunately, it was not meant to be.
