“Zimmer belegt - mit Gewalt gedroht”
There was nothing positive. The room was already occupied, so I had to move to another accommodation in Bruchsal, and the staff threatened me with violence. No phone number was provided for contact. Extremely unprofessional.

I couldn't stay there because I never received the PIN for the key safe. The phone number listed on Booking was disconnected, and my emails got no reply.
The accommodation is fine if there’s nothing better available.
“Schlechter geht es nicht mehr...”
Nothing positive at all – I would never consider booking a room here. No room was available for us. The key box at the entrance was open, but there was no key inside. The front door was also open, letting us into the hallway where the rooms are supposedly located. People, some barely clothed, were roaming around. The communal toilet couldn't be locked and there was no toilet paper. All rooms were occupied; none were left for us. The contact phone number didn't work, and no one answered emails. We called, got a free cancellation and a refund, but they also wanted us to find alternative accommodation, which we refused because it would take too long. Incredibly awful – I've never experienced anything like this. I didn't take photos because the posted images all look fake.

We never got any keys and couldn't enter, yet we paid for nothing – we’re trying everything to get our money back. After 10 hours of work and 45 minutes waiting at the hotel, we got no response – absolutely terrible. We booked a new hotel and are still fighting for a refund. This is a complete scam.
