I had gone there for work, There were multiple issues that I faced. The rooms had cockroaches, even after i complained and got it cleaned they were still there. water was dropping from the AC, the wind vents of the AC were broken so could not be adjusted as per comfort. At night electricity went off couple of times, leaving the whole room without fan, Ac, and lights. i faced water issues also twice, there was no water after a point, i faced it during 8pm at evening and also during 7.30 am in the morning. I had meetings lined up from morining for which i had to leave hotel by 7.30am but the breakfast which i had pre paid for had timings of 8am to 10pm, making it highly inconvenient for any working professional. ( but after request, they gave me bread and butter)

Cleaning was good, but there was lightning in the room and the Wi‑Fi was unreliable.
The place is well situated, staff are friendly, food is tasty, but overall service could be better; equipment maintenance is lagging and housekeeping needs work.
