The hotel is in a great spot, and the selection of food is varied. Dinner is slightly better than breakfast. Service is commendable, and they really try to please guests. Mostly everything pleased me, but the hotel needs renovation and furniture replacement because it’s already quite worn. With a refreshed interior, the stay would be even more pleasant.

Good location, on top of the mountain. Breakfast options are somewhat limited; some rooms had loud music noise. A problem arose with a guest in the music room that wasn’t resolved by the staff, almost becoming a serious issue. The mountain itself isn’t worth staying on because there’s nothing there except Mama Zakaria’s breakfast.

The hotel is very old and many things need upgrading.

The hotel feels a bit old, yet it was spotless. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and straightforward. However, for what it offers, the price feels a little high.
