Nice guesthouse, the outdoor hotpot is superb after a long day out. Very friendly staff.

The place sits in a great spot for exploring Myvatn, and it’s also quite close to Akureyri and Husavik. The staff were helpful and attentive, and we were pleasantly surprised by the breakfast, especially the gluten‑free and vegan options that were rare at other hotels on our trip. The décor and some fixtures feel a bit dated, but they still work perfectly.
