Second time staying here, and that says it all. Lovely owner, decent rooms, fantastic non‑touristy neighbourhood with some great breakfast spots a few minutes walk away, perfect for a stay in Rome when you want to mingle with the locals (that mostly don't speak English), instead of being stuck inside the tourist crowds. Will definitely stay again when I'm in Rome!

Nice location. Charming large apartment divided into several rooms with private bathroom. Cakes available in the entrance. In the room fridge and kettle. Toilets necessary. Really a plus for breakfast in a nearby bar with hot drink, a juice, a sweet pastry or a sandwich. Difficulty with the apartment door access code. Noisy from the road side.

Large bed in the room. The room was fairly clean and spacious, furniture well maintained. The hotel’s location is very nice, a few minutes walk and there is a metro that takes you to the centre. Many shops, quiet area. Very close to the Vatican Museums and the Vatican itself. If we needed it, we could order daily room cleaning, and it was very pleasant to return to the room. The owners were very friendly, smiling and helpful. No need to worry – you can check in late at night. The owner gives instructions that are very clear and pleasant to follow. We had no trouble getting to the hotel in the middle of the night. The windows were unfortunately a bit leaky and you could hear street noises (cars, pedestrians passing and talking). The bathroom – the design itself is average. The facilities block the bidet and it is a bit uncomfortable to use. If you are over 187 cm tall, unfortunately you won’t fit in the bathroom. The ceiling is very low. Small shower. Some hooks for hanging are missing, but you can manage without them.

Excellent location near the Vatican. Friendly staff. Clean, housekeeping during stay. I would welcome a glass of wine and at least a spoon in the room.

The B&B owners were very kind and helpful. We found the room comfortable and clean. The B&B is also close to the metro stop, making it easy to reach various parts of the city.
