The newly built bungalows were spacious and comfortable and offered good value, but there were no dining facilities or breakfast, which is a problem in a remote location, and the shower wasn’t separated from the toilet, making the layout messy.

The place was quiet and peaceful, but the AC didn’t work well and the staff were only okay; it was far from town and the temple but close to the museum, which was a bonus.

Chhat is a fantastic host who does everything possible to make your stay enjoyable, and the spot isn’t too far from Prasat Preah Vihear temple.
