Super Collection O Jhalwar Road

The location was convenient, but the staff behaved poorly and the room wasn't cleaned.

“A scam and a shame”

I'm left speechless after discovering that this hotel has a pretentious reputation, yet it's not allowed to host foreign guests. I was refused check-in at the reception counter and had to find an alternative accommodation in Kota. The hotel's business practices raise serious concerns about its credibility, and I'm still trying to understand why it's advertised on an international platform.

I was left frustrated and disappointed after discovering that this hotel doesn't accept foreign guests, despite confirming my reservation. I wasted time and money traveling to a hotel where I couldn't stay, which was a huge inconvenience. I'm still trying to understand why the hotel confirmed my reservation in the first place, and I hope that the booking platform will take steps to prevent similar situations in the future.
