“Comfy”

The newly renovated shower had hot water and the location is great, offering excellent value for money. I’ll definitely return. My only suggestion is to install proper lockers instead of the current cupboard with tiny padlocks.

The room was uncomfortable because of other guests who didn’t respect personal space, but the staff were friendly and kept the place clean. The only downside was the lack of coffee, tea, or an electric kettle, sugar, or any of those essentials.

I’ve never seen such poor facilities; there are no light switches in the room, so you have to go outside to turn the lights on. The double room only received one towel, and there’s no attached bathroom. Service was very poor 😒

“Most unsatisfactory”

The hostel is adequate for a one‑night stay, especially if you arrive late at night or avoid the dormitory. It’s conveniently located near Soi 4 attractions. However, the beds are hard, the bathroom flooring is slippery and hazardous, the sink tap keeps falling off, and the dorm lighting is harsh. Late‑night guests around 2 or 3 a.m. disturb existing residents, and the staff don’t allow bunk sharing for watching videos, so privacy is lacking.

“Nos quedamos por 4 noches, estancia cómoda”

The hostel is brand new and clean, with air conditioning working perfectly and very comfortable beds. Shared bathrooms have everything needed, and the staff are very friendly. Free coffee and tea are provided every morning. It’s located next to a metro and bus station. A suggestion would be to add a communal fridge for guests.
