The location and the very good breakfast buffet were great, but the facilities and rooms felt a bit worn out.

“Beautiful hotel in a remote area of Anyer. Very good spot for a relaxed getaway.”

The staff were incredibly friendly and never made us feel like a bother, especially the pool attendant Sugan who went out of his way to make us feel welcome and made the pool feel private; the breakfast food selection was also good, and the hotel’s surroundings were well maintained. However, some parts of the hotel suffered from poor cleanliness and maintenance: the shower head was loose and kept falling forward, making it uncomfortable; dust had accumulated behind the headboard on the bed, and the bathtub tap was loose and wonky, all of which should be replaced; the downstairs beach pool looked tired with missing tiles on the outer wall; refreshment options at the beach were very limited and not well advertised; and the location felt quite remote, offering little to do outside the hotel, with only one of the two nights of the week providing activities.

“A sanctuary in Anyer”

The room, atmosphere, pool, and breakfast were all excellent—basically everything!
